This journey started in 2015

Our team began in private equity, focused on M&A. Thousands of deals evaluated. Millions deployed. Over $70 million in acquisitions closed across e-commerce, multifamily, software, and B2B services.

In 2021, we identified a hidden corner of the real estate market: after foreclosure surplus equity.

The opportunity was obvious. The infrastructure didn't exist.

So we built it.
